We can also provide custom fabrication bikesafe option for any size pits using our weave pattern trench grating.
For high traffic pedestrian areas we offer three heelguard solutions: maximesh grating, our lightweight FRP design and the aesthetically-pleasing longitudinal square bar style.
Frames can be made to any length with grates not over 1 metre to allow easy removal.
Lockdown or bolt-together security measures can be added to custom requests.

Trench Frames
We can supply trench frames for all trench grates ordered. Frames are lightweight and and are separated into pieces up to three metres in length for ease of installation and transportation.
We have standard frames which can be supplied off the shelf with our Civiworx trench grates. Our standard frames are two pieces of angled steel joined by concrete ties, up to a maximum size of 3 metres, with two ends per run. However, as pictured above, we can fabricate a preformed steel channel as part of the frame as a custom solution if required.
